DESCRIPTION:SOURCE IN MOTION is a deep dive into how energy as life-force moves through our bodies\, hearts\, minds\, souls\, and spirits. \nUsing the maps of the 5RHYTHMS® and fueled by curiosity\, we explore and broaden our movement vocabularies and experiences while deepening our personal and collective practices. \nWhile each class is a whole and complete offering on its own\, classes will build on each other\, arching like the wave the 5RHYTHMS® create. \n— \nABOUT LISA DELAND\nDancing since 1994\, certified by Gabrielle Roth in 2008\, Lisa is both a student and teacher of the 5RHYTHMS®. \n— \nCLASS NOTES \nThis is a sober space.\nScholarships and work trade available *in advance* on a case-by-case basis. \n—- \nCLASS GUIDELINES\n**Timing**\n– Extra warmup at 6:15 PM.\n– Class begins at 6:30 PM.\n– Doors close at 7 PM.\n– Class ends at 8:30 PM. \n**Attire**\nLoose\, comfortable clothing & water bottle are suggested. \n  \nVENUE PARKING\nParking (nice big lot\, pictured) is in the REAR on Allred Drive (NO PARKING in front). Follow signs to walk around to the front of the building. Enter the door with the AEDC logo. \n— \n**Health Protocols**\nIf you don’t feel well\, have a fever or are contagious\, please do not come to class. You are welcome to wear a mask.
