SOURCE IN MOTION is a deep dive into how energy as life-force moves through our bodies, hearts, minds, souls, and spirits.
Using the maps of the 5RHYTHMS® and fueled by curiosity, we explore and broaden our movement vocabularies and experiences while deepening our personal and collective practices.
While each class is a whole and complete offering on its own, classes will build on each other, arching like the wave the 5RHYTHMS® create.

Scholarships and work trade available *in advance* on a case-by-case basis.

CLASS GUIDELINES
**Timing**
– Extra warmup at 6:15 PM.
– Class begins at 6:30 PM.
– Doors close at 7 PM.
– Class ends at 8:30 PM.
**Attire**
Loose, comfortable clothing & water bottle are suggested.
VENUE PARKING
Parking (nice big lot, pictured) is in the REAR on Allred Drive (NO PARKING in front). Follow signs to walk around to the front of the building. Enter the door with the AEDC logo.
