SOURCE IN MOTION is a deep dive into how ENERGY as LIFE-FORCE moves through our BODIES, HEARTS, MINDS, SOULS, and SPIRITS.
Using the MAPS of the 5RHYTHMS and fueled by CURIOSITY, we explore and broaden our MOVEMENT VOCABULARIES and EXPERIENCES while deepening our PERSONAL and COLLECTIVE PRACTICES.
While each CLASS is a whole and complete offering on its own, classes will BUILD on each other, arching like the WAVE the 5RHYTHMS create.

CLASS GUIDELINES
**Timing**
– Doors open at 6 PM.
– Warm-up begins at 6:30 PM.
– Doors close at 7 PM.
– Class ends at 8:30 PM.
**Attire**
Loose, COMFORTABLE clothing & WATER BOTTLE are suggested.
**Health Protocols**
If you don’t feel well, have a FEVER or are CONTAGIOUS, please do not come to CLASS. You are WELCOME to wear a MASK.
