Our monthly Ecstatic Waves dance and healing event will have nighttime conscious festival vibes, comfy lounge areas to hang out or cuddle in, cacao and chocolate, sound healing, body workers, all in a conscious, consensual, alcohol-free space.

7:50 – Cacao Ceremony + opening circle
8:00 – Warmup meditation/dance music
8:30 – Main Ecstatic Dance wave
10:00 – Sound Bath
10:30 – Closing Sharing circle
11:15-11:45 – downtempo dance music, connection, hanging out & cuddles

GUIDELINES:
🙏🏼No Shoes
🙏🏼No photos or videos
🙏🏼No discussions on the dance floor
🙏🏼No alcohol; limit and be mindful if you consume substances
🙏🏼Establish eye contact for consent to dance or touch
🙏🏼Toplessness is allowed for everyone; bottoms must stay on
🙏🏼Only scream at the ceiling or walls
🙏🏼Use “prayer hands” to show an interaction is over
🙏🏼If you leave after 10, be quiet and respectful outside
🙏🏼Report any issues to Océan Longnion or other staff
