Welcome to The Austin Ecstatic Dance Center.

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of The Austin Ecstatic Dance Center’s facilities and services. By entering and utilizing our community center, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. By accessing and using our facilities, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in denial of access to the center and its services. The Austin Ecstatic Dance Center reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the facilities implies acceptance of any changes.

 2. All individuals must register upon entering the center.
Facility hours are as posted. Any activities outside of these hours require prior approval.
Usage of specific rooms, equipment, or services may require prior booking or special permission.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult unless participating in an approved, supervised program.

3. Membership is required for certain programs and activities. Membership terms and rates are provided at the time of registration.
Non-members may be subject to guest fees.
Fees for classes, programs, and events must be paid in full before participation.
Memberships and fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise or in exceptional cases approved by management.

 4. To ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all, we require all visitors to:
Treat fellow participants, staff, and volunteers with respect and courtesy.
Refrain from using offensive language, engaging in disruptive behavior, or causing harm to others.
Respect the property of others and the community center, avoiding damage to equipment, facilities, or personal belongings.
Follow all posted safety guidelines and the instructions of staff.

Failure to adhere to these conduct rules may result in suspension or permanent revocation of membership or access.

 5. The community center follows all local health and safety regulations. Please adhere to posted health guidelines and use appropriate safety equipment when necessary.
Individuals using the center do so at their own risk.
In the event of an emergency, notify staff immediately. The community center is equipped with first aid kits and trained personnel.

6. Registration for classes, workshops, and events is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund, unless otherwise specified for specific programs.
The community center reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to low enrollment, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified, and any applicable fees will be refunded.

 7. The Austin Ecstatic Dance Center is not responsible for:
Injuries or accidents that occur on the premises. All visitors and participants assume personal responsibility for their own well-being.
Lost or stolen personal items. Lockers are available for personal use but are used at your own risk.

 8. Please handle all community center equipment with care. Report any damage to equipment or facilities immediately.
Any intentional damage or misuse of equipment or property may result in repair or replacement fees, as well as potential loss of access to the center.

9.  From time to time, the center may take photos or videos during events and activities for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image for marketing or media purposes unless you notify the center in writing prior to the event.

10.  The community center respects your privacy. Personal data collected during membership registration or program sign-up will be used solely for operational purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

11.  Memberships may be terminated by Austin Ecstatic Dance Center at any time if a member fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions, engages in illegal activities, or disrupts the community center’s operations.
– Members may cancel their membership at any time by notifying the administration in writing.

12. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States of America, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Austin Texas.
